Orderanku is engineered for micro-entrepreneurs, home bakeries, pastry studios, and independent vendors. We hold a strict zero-surveillance standard: your clients, invoice archives, and accounting data belong exclusively to your business.
Introduction & Overview
Orderanku ("we", "our", or "the Application") operates as an offline-first order processing, billing, and PDF receipt compiler designed exclusively for Android. We recognize that commercial billing data represents an enterprise's most confidential asset.
This document clarifies what data is handled when you record orders, manage customer balances, configure payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue), and compile thermal or PDF slips on your Android handset.
Zero Commercial Resale: Orderanku does not sell, lease, monetize, or broker merchant sales statistics, client rosters, customer contacts, or order logs to advertising agencies, analytics syndicates, or credit bureaus.
Information We Collect
Because Orderanku is engineered around an on-device architecture, data acquisition is restricted exclusively to what is essential to render invoices and track payments:
Business name, contact telephone, bakery/store address, and optional business logo graphic placed on outgoing customer receipts.
Buyer names, delivery addresses, order quantities, price items, payment terms, and status tags (VIP badges, Unpaid, Paid).
Android OS iteration, device manufacturer model, crash stack traces, and app version solely for software reliability.
Google Play In-App Purchase token to confirm active PRO lifetime or subscription entitlements without handling raw card numbers.
Android OS Permissions Transparency
In alignment with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Sensitive Permission Guidelines, Orderanku invokes only runtime permissions critical for operational utility:
Used to save compiled `.pdf` invoices directly into your local device Downloads or Orderanku sandbox. We never scan private photo galleries or outside documents.
Required to authenticate PRO licenses via Google Play Billing API and transmit optional Google Drive backups initiated explicitly by you.
Used strictly when you pair a 58mm or 80mm wireless thermal receipt printer to output paper receipts.
How We Use Your Information
Information parsed inside Orderanku executes solely to automate your small business workflows:
- check_circle Invoice & Receipt Rendering: Creating print-ready vector documents highlighting items, taxes, notes, and payment instructions.
- check_circle WhatsApp Dispatch: Preparing pre-formatted invoice text templates sent via Android native Intent (`ACTION_SEND`). Orderanku does NOT read or copy your WhatsApp address book.
- check_circle Financial Overview: Calculating metrics such as total paid revenue, overdue accounts, and customer outstanding balances in your local offline ledger.
Local Storage & Data Retention
By default, Orderanku operates with Zero Centralized Data Storage. Your records remain stored within the SQLite / Room Database protected inside your device's private sandboxed app partition.
If you activate Google Drive backup, encrypted database snapshots are written to your personal private Google Drive app folder. The Orderanku development team has no access or keys to decrypt or view these archives.
We retain crash and telemetry logs for a maximum duration of 90 days, after which they are systematically purged.

User Rights & Data Deletion Guarantee
You maintain absolute control over your financial records under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable micro-business data guidelines:
Extract all customer balances, completed orders, and stock records at any moment straight to local storage.
Use the in-app "Reset Database" trigger or clear app data via Android Settings to permanently wipe all stored information.
To request deletion of any support correspondence or crash logs associated with your device ID, write directly to privacy@orderanku.com.

App Sandbox Isolation
The Orderanku SQLite database runs strictly within Android's sandboxed environment, preventing other apps from accessing your client balances.
TLS 1.3 Communication
Any diagnostic telemetry or license verification packets travel exclusively over end-to-end TLS 1.3 encrypted sockets.
Children's Privacy
Orderanku is designed exclusively for business operators, freelancers, and commercial merchants. The Application is not targeted at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly solicit or maintain details concerning minors.
